Project Overview: 

This unfinished basement was renovated to include a small wet bar area, full bathroom, and den. It’s main focus was to furnish an area for the kids of the house away from the upstairs. The basement features many of the important elements that go into a well done basement: full subfloor, spray foam insulation, full electrical with proper lighting, large spacious bathroom with proper waterproofing membranes, and proper access panels for utilities.
